Who we are

Purpose of the site

The site provides information about Viallmed and its products and services for business and professional audiences. It is not intended for patients, does not promote any medicine and does not provide medical advice.

Product names, websites and findings shown on the site are fictional examples.

Our services

Viallmed Sentinel and our other services are provided under a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails. Nothing on the site is an offer to contract.

Not legal advice

Information on the site and in our reports identifies and ranks risks for your teams to assess. It is not legal, regulatory or medical advice, is not a legal opinion and does not certify compliance with any law, regulation or industry code. Decisions on what to change remain with you and your advisers.

Regulators and other names

The site names regulators, authorities and industry bodies to identify the rules we map findings to. Viallmed is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any of them. Their names and marks belong to their owners.

Reporting an issue

If you use the report form, you agree to:

• report only what you have seen on a publicly available website, app, email, ad or post, and describe it honestly and accurately;
• leave out names, contact details, patient data, health information and other personal data;
• not share confidential information you have no right to disclose, or anything unlawful, defamatory or abusive.

The form is not for reporting side effects of medicines. To report a suspected adverse reaction, contact the manufacturer or your national authority.

We decide whether and how to act on a report. Sending one creates no obligation for us and no relationship between you and us, and we cannot reply to anonymous reports. You allow us to use the content of your report to review the matter and to raise it with the company responsible or a competent authority.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the site in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or related systems, or interfere with how they work;
• introduce malware, or send automated traffic or bulk reports that place an unreasonable load on the site;
• copy or scrape the site's content at scale, other than for search engine indexing;
• misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organisation.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, graphics, interface designs, screenshots, logos and the names Viallmed and Viallmed Sentinel, belong to Viallmed or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages for your own information. Any other use, including reproducing, adapting or using content commercially, requires our written permission, except where the law allows it.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Availability and accuracy

We may change, suspend or withdraw the site or any part of it at any time. We try to keep the information on the site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date.

Liability

The site is provided free of charge and "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or your reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue, business or data.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms by updating this page. The version that applies is the one published when you use the site.

General

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force. If we do not enforce a provision straight away, we can still enforce it later.
