VIALLMED HUB provides a comprehensive pharmaceutical analytics platform that delivers real-time drug rankings, market insights, clinical trial data, and FDA approval information. Our platform uses proprietary CPI rating algorithms to rank pharmaceutical products based on multiple factors.

The Service is designed for pharmaceutical industry professionals, including researchers, healthcare providers, investors, and business analysts seeking data-driven insights into drug performance and market trends.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service without liability.

3. User Accounts

The VIALLMED HUB name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of VIALLMED HUB Inc. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

The drug rankings, CPI ratings, and analytics provided by VIALLMED HUB are for informational and analytical purposes only. They should not be construed as medical advice, investment recommendations, or endorsements of any pharmaceutical product.

You acknowledge that pharmaceutical data can change rapidly and that you should independently verify any critical information before making business or clinical decisions based on our data.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIALLMED HUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VIALLMED HUB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VIALLMED HUB, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, and without liability to you. Grounds for termination include violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to other users or our business interests.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account closure feature in your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against VIALLMED HUB.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
